Binoteq Software was a Russian company that developed mobile games, provided outsourcing services, and engaged in web development and resale of third-party software for handheld computers in Russia and the CIS. It started in the late 1990's as a gathering of friends and computer enthusiasts from Russia. Initially they developed for Windows, Linux, QNX and Macintosh. From 1999 they focused on Symbian OS, Palm OS and Pocket PC devices.
