Casual game development studio Cerebral Vortex Games was established in October 2006 and it is located in St. Catharines, Ontario (Canada). It was founded by Keith Makse, Jason MacIsaac and Michael Sauro, three instructors from the Video Game Design & Development program at the International Academy of Design & Technology in Toronto. Prior to founding Cerebral Vortex Games, the three instructors worked at other Canadian game development companies.
The company has released the titles Ambush! Trivia (a finalist in Telefilm Canada's Great Canadian Video Game Competition), Word Burst and Ice Cream Dee-Lites.
