Flashpoint Productions was founded in 1992 by Brent Erickson as an independent game developer. Flashpoint started its life in Salt Lake City, UT but moved to Olympia, WA in 1994.
Flashpoint developed many products including Noctropolis for Electronic Arts and Fred Couples Golf for Sega.
Flashpoint was sold to Bethesda Softworks in 1995 and became Bethesda's West Coast development wing.
