Project Sora (プロジェクトソラ株式会社) was a Japanese game development studio founded by Satoru Iwata and Masahiro Sakurai. It was established in 2009 and the stakeholders included Nintendo Co., Ltd., Sora Ltd. and other parties. The studio's first and only release was Kid Icarus: Uprising for the Nintendo 3DS in March 2012. The studio was closed on 30th June 2012.
