FlipFlop is a small development studio based in the Edogawa ward of Tokyo, Japan. It was established April 30, 1993 by Yōichi Yamaguchi, who had previously worked at Artdink on the A-Train and Atlas series. Yamaguchi and FlipFlop have continued to work with Artdink on many titles, including Neo Atlas and, more recently, Aquanaut's Holiday.
