Overview edit · view history
Coded Illusions was a development studio located in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. It was officially founded in August 2005 by Richard Stitselaar, after two years of keeping it a hobby project. The team was working on the Xbox 360 game Haven, later renamed Nomos. It appears to have been largely finished, as playtests were already introduced.
In September 2008 the studio announced it would close its doors following the effects of the financial crisis that made it difficult to find a publisher in time. Coded Illusions was officially declared bankrupt on 21st October 2008.
A number of employees moved on to found Vertigo Games B.V.
