Biart Company is a US game and technology studio based in Houston, Texas (USA). It was originally a Russian studio founded by Konstantin Popov as Biart Studio in 2005. In 2011 the company relocated to the US and now there is only a research and development office in Moscow, Russia. Biart focuses mainly on underwater simulations involving diving, as well as 'serious games' with nautical simulations. The studio's first title, Diver: Deep Water Adventures, was launched in 2006.

2010: Starts developing games for social networks and technologies for creating MMO projects.
2009: The company has opened a new functional division – the Center for Interactive Simulation Technologies (CIIT) at the FGOU DPO State Academy of Innovation (GAIN).
2009: The company has completed work on the multi-platform biEngine technology for creating high-tech video games.
2008: Is a licensed developer for the Sony Playstation 3, Sony Playstation Portable and Nintendo Wii platforms. She also signed an agreement on technological cooperation with NVIDIA, becomes a member of the All-Russian Public Association "Business Russia" and a resident of the special economic zone of the technical and innovation type "Dubna" (Studio Biart LLC).
2007: The company received a license to develop games for the Microsoft Xbox 360 platform and became a technology partner of Intel.
