Overview edit · view history
Ednovation, headquartered in Singapore, was founded in 1991 by Dr. Richard Yen with the aim of invigorating traditional methods of teaching by harnessing the capabilities of new technology. One of the company's products is EdnoLand, a comprehensive program that nurtures the pre-schooler's multiple intelligences using IT, develops his IT skills and enables to monitor his progress through the Internet.
In the past the company has released various edutainment CD-Rom titles such as BubbleLand Dictionary ("The premier multimedia dictionary for kids"), The Day the Sounds Disappeared, Funny Monsters for Tea, or Return to Jurassic.
In 1994 the company released Secrets of the Pyramids (Ages 10+), which included a game mode, featuring an adventure of the hidden tomb of the mythical pharaoh Ankh-Re. A year later Grackon's Curse was released, the only full-blown adventure game that was developed by the company.
