Studio XELFLEX is a small development company based in the Shinjuku ward of Tokyo, Japan. It was established in December 1999, and as of 2011 employs ten people. Though they have developed a few full titles under contract, they traditionally provide development support for other developers, such as Arc System Works and Flight-Plan.
