FIFTYEIGHT 3D is a digital graphics and animation company located in Germany and formed in September 1998 by Marc Eckart, Timm Osterhold, and Max Zimmermann. They were joined 4 years later by Siham Faddoul. Several of them had previously worked together at Silverhaze.
The company has won numerous recognition awards for its work in film, television, advertising and print work.
In 2003 the company established an interactive branch. By this time FIFTYEIGHT had a large bank of employees and freelance designers which resulted in relocation of the company headquarters several times. In May 2007 the headquarters were moved to Frankfurt, Germany, where it is still located in 2011.
