A Bit Lucky, Inc.

A Bit Lucky is a social game development studio incorporated in 2009 and is based in San Mateo, California (USA). It was founded by Frederic Descamps and Jordan Maynard, and they were backed by a large amount of investors. The studio is known for the Facebook games Lucky Space and Lucky Train.

On 17th September 2012 Zynga announced to have acquired the company. Just a few months before the studio started working on Solstice Arena. When the studio was acquired by Zynga, it consisted of twenty employees. They all moved into the Zynga offices in San Francisco.
