Alawar Southpoint is a game development studio founded in 2008 in Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine initially with the name Casual Forge Entertainment by Alexey Bulanenko and his brother Vladimir Bulanenko. On 17th August 2010 Alawar Entertainment announced the acquisition of the studio, making it its sixth internal studio. The company was then renamed Alawar Southpoint.
