Dude Perfect began as a dare between best friends Cody Jones, Tyler Toney, Garrett Hilbert, and Coby and Cory Cotton about "If I make this shot, you owe me lunch". They began filming their shots and getting more and more elaborate. They uploaded the videos to YouTube, where is has garnered quite a following allowing them to expand into a web site, video game, a book (Go Big by Cory Cotton) and merchandise like T-shirts, mugs, etc.
