In 1995 Astro computing described themselves as follows:

Astro Computing is owned and operated by the Bart & Lillie Larsen Family. It started in 1981 in Dayton Ohio by writing an automated real estate program on a Heath Kit 8080 computer. Then for a few years we wrote custom business software. In 1985 we started offering payroll services to several companies in Illinois. Finally around 1992 we started writing shareware programs In 1995 our family left the military and settled in western Virginia. We now are pursuing the business Because we are small we are able to offer personal service to our customers and software users. All E-Mail is answered by one of us. If you have any ideas to make our programs better, or new programs you would like to see we welcome your comments.
