SystemSoft Alpha becomes defunct, with all assets and employees transferred to SystemSoft Beta, Inc.

Coupled to a cash infusion and steps taken to further the game business, the business changes its name to SystemSoft Alpha Corporation.

In order to continue game development under the SystemSoft brand, Alphashock takes over all personnel from the SystemSoft game division.

March 2001

Alphashock takes over the rights to all products and trademarks from the game division of SystemSoft.
