Overview edit · view history
Established in 1996, the Pagan group began a road to innovative design and gameplay that we still abide by today. Formed by a band of freeware and shareware developers skilled in the creation of game design and utility creation, we pooled all our resources together and began our first commercial project.
With our partner, Epic Marketing, who share our philosophy, we have a world-wide distribution deal able to reach the far gaming corners of the world.
Pagan is unique in the fact that we all develop from the comfort of our homes, while using the Internet as our office. Members are based all around the world, UK, Sweden, Holland, Germany, Portugal, and the USA.
We are a new breed of commercial developers from the old school of bedroom coders that made the 8 bit area what the games industry is today. We strive for those old book days, the freedom to create outside of the suits and the bean counters, the days where originality was born.
Pagan is split in 2 ways, we convert games and we also create our own innovative titles. This allows us to port existing games to markets the original authors had not thought of before or had the time to develop for, while Pagan's other teams continue working on original titles like our projects Dafel: Bloodline, Magick and Scavengers.
