Larian Studios Saint Petersburg is a game development studio based in Saint Petersburg, Russia. It is owned by the Belgian company Larian Studios NV and was most likely established around 2014.
There are ties to the Russian company Elverils LLC, but it is not clear if Larian acquired the company or attracted talent for their own studio. Larian previously worked together with Elveris.
In 2023 the studio is no longer listed as a location on Larian's official website. Possibly operations were wound down or returned to Elverils who are credited separately, not as a Larian studio, in the credits of Baldur's Gate III (2023), following the Russian invasion in Ukraine and the worldwide sanctions against Russia. Some Russian developers are still credited with development at Larian in that game.
