Dojinsha Production (株式会社同人舎プロダクション) was a Tokyo-based talent agency founded in March 1965 by voice actor Osamu Kobayashi. Its primary business was in Japanese dubbed voiceovers for foreign-language films and television, and was notable as being the first publicly-traded company in Japan to focus its business on voice acting. The company closed in September 2011 following the death of its founder earlier that year.
