SimBin Development Team AB is a software development company focusing on racing simulations. Originally started as a mod group called SBDT, SimBin Development Team AB was founded in June 2003 by Ian Bell, Henrik Roos (three-time Swedish GT champion) and Johan Roos. The company is headquartered in Vara, Sweden; Docklands, London and Gothenburg, Sweden.

In May 2005 Blimey! Games Ltd. was founded, headed by Ian Bell, and a large part of the original development team left SimBin for Blimey.
