The studio is founded and headed by David Zhu and initially focused on outsourcing, with staff formerly at Shanghai UBI Computer Software Co., Ltd. The studio initially started contributing to casual game titles for WildTangent. In April 2008 Disney Interactive Studios announced to acquire the studio.
