Blitz Arcade was a division of Blitz Games (later Blitz Games Studios) and it was established on 19th October 2006. It was located in Warwickshire in the United Kingdom. It focused on the creation of games for digital download for the Xbox 360 and PS3, developed in-house.
In 2006 the division created 3 Burger King Advergames for Xbox and Xbox 360, published by the promotional company King Games (Microsoft Game Studios + Burger King). The games are Pocketbike Racer, Sneak King, and Big Bumpin'.
On 12th September 2013 Blitz Games Studios announced in an official statement that they had ceased trading after being unable to secure funds to sustain the business and the development division Blitz Arcade was shut down.
