SomaTone Interactive Audio is an exclusively trained audio production team specializing in interactive media including games and online marketing. Having worked on hundreds of games divided between the console, casual, downloadable, handheld & online industry the composers, sound designers and VO directors on their team are experienced, professional, service oriented and in demand.
The company was founded in 2002 by partners Kane Minkus & Nick Thomas. It is headquartered in Emeryville (near San Francisco) California and has office/studio locations in Los Angeles, Munich (Germany), and Beijing (China).
By 2007 SomaTone grew to include 250 Video Games Titles and 100 Interactive Media Projects in their portfolio.
