Tec Toy Mobile was started in June, 2005, due to the natural expansion of Tec Toy S.A.'s business, in a joint venture with Level UP! Interactive S.A.. The company ports and localizes games from other companies, also developing its own games.
The company represents SEGA Mobile in Brazil, and has partnerships with In-Fusio, Pulse Interactive, Upstart Games, Bandai and Taito.
It also has its own development studio, located in Campinas city, São Paulo state.
Tec Toy Mobile was officially launched in June, 2006, after one year of business estabilishment.
