Poke 53280 comes from the Commodore 64. "53280" is the part of the memory where the c64 stores the color for the screen-border and with "poke 53280,x" you could change the color to x. This is the first "woohoo" effect ever that every beginning programmer was able to perform and it is something that all of the team members did when they were younger.
