ARI Data CD GmbH was a German publishing company founded in 1992 by Kerstin Ruiter. In 1997 the company began to develop their own games in addition to publishing commercial and shareware titles made by others. They began using the label ARI Games in 1997.

In 2001 the company offered more than 100 different CD-ROM titles and had acquired several international licenses.
