OverviewBay Area Multimedia was founded in 1999 by Raymond Musci and based in San Jose, California, and reincorporated in the state of Delaware under the name BAM! Entertainment, Inc. in Sept. of 2000.
BAM! Entertainment was a developer, publisher and marketer of interactive entertainment software in North America and Europe. The company developed, obtained, or licensed properties from a wide variety of sources, including global entertainment and media companies, and published software for video game systems, wireless devices, and personal computers. The company’s common stock was publicly traded on NASDAQ under the symbol BFUN.
The company appears to have gone out of business in about June 2005.
