Bethesda Game Studios is the in-house development team of Bethesda Softworks LLC. The studio is located in Rockville, Maryland (USA), and is lead by Todd Howard. It was founded in 2001.

In 2015 a subsidiary studio, Bethesda Game Studios Montreal was opened. The studio head is Yves Lachance, formerly of Behaviour Interactive.
