Gigawatt Studios


Gigawatt Studios was a digital production studio located in Hollywood, California, with the technical, creative and production facilities to create a new generation of interactive game entertainment, multimedia and web site development. Gigawatt's objective was to develop and produce quality interactive experiences that appeal to audiences of all ages.

Gigawatt's co-founders were brothers David Koenig and Yoni Koenig. In addition to game titles, the company produced a location-based ride for DisneyQuest, a Disney theme park.

It appears to have gone out of business in approximately 2003. The above principals later went on to found Hollywood company, Extra Large Technology (XLT, Inc.), in approximately 2005.
