rocketscience games development GmbH was a German development company founded through the merger of ZEAL GmbH and spielkind UG in 2006. The new name for the merged company was announced in August 2007.

The company filed for bankruptcy at the local district court ob January 19th, 2009. At the end of March 2009, the company was shut down. The order of the court to institute bankruptcy proceedings was filed on 1st April, 2009.
