TopWare Interactive was the games publishing and distribution division of the German company Topware CD-Service AG, which was created in 1980s. After the company's bankruptcy in February 2001, it was acquired by ZUXXEZ Entertainment AG, partially packed of TopWare employees where the TopWare name was revived, but as a different company.
