Jan has been involved in the industry for over 15 years with his experience spanning Marketing, PR and Product Management along with Game Design and Producing.
He was Head of Product Management at Vivendi Universal Games Germany and worked on over 100 titles during this time, some of which were internationally renowned top ten hits such as 'Half-Life', 'Warcraft', 'Empire Earth' and 'Diablo'.
He then joined Primetide a Marketing and PR company, working with companies like Tilted Mill, Massive Development and JoWooD. He helped produce the SpellForce Series and went on to become Director of Brand Management at JoWooD.
Leaving the company in 2005 he founded Cliffhanger Productions with Michael Paeck, producing and consulting for titles like Gothic3 and SpellForce2 and working for a range of companies including Take2, Koch Media, Modern Games, JoWooD, Like Dynamite and dtp.
