Steven Wartofsky

Developer Biography

Steve Wartofsky is a veteran of the computer games industry, with a history stretching back to the 1980s. He was Editor in Chief of Computer Games Strategy Plus from 1993-1997, and then became a Producer at Interactive Magic in 1997, where he released the following titles as Producer:

Great Battles of Alexander (English, French, German) Great Battles of Hannibal (English, French, German) Great Battles of Caesar (English, French, German) Seven Kingdoms (English, French, German) Semper Fi (English, French, German) Industry Giant (localization for US market)

Mr. Wartofsky went on to Produce PC and PSX games for Southpeak, working on the company's key Warner Brothers franchise properties:

Pinky and the Brain World Conquest (PC) Dukes of Hazzard (PSX)

Mr. Wartofsky was then promoted to Manager of Product Development, and was responsible for all production during the release of the following titles from SouthPeak in 2000:

N64: Mia Hamm Soccer, Fighter Destiny 2, Big Mountain 2000 for N64, Rally Challenge 2000 for N64;

Playstation: Dukes of Hazzard II: Daisy Dukes it Out, The Flintstones: Bedrock Bowling;

Gameboy Color: Mia Hamm Soccer Shootout, Dukes of Hazzard: Racing for Home, TOCA Touring Car;

PC: Scooby Doo! Mystery of the Funpark Phantom, Breakneck, Dukes of Hazzard: Racing for Home
