Francis Ishii (born March 7, 1973 in Paris, France) is a Japanese to French translator and localization specialist in video games, best known as the lead translator of Okami.
Francis has been directly involved in over a hundred of projects such as the Metal Gear series. He currently works at Capcom's localization department in Osaka and is an avid game player and collector.
