Richard S. Levine

Developer Biography

Rick Levine is best known for his Imagic Intellivision game, Microsurgeon. It is considered one of the first video games related to health. For RCA Laboratories, he lead the programming of Palenque, one of the earliest interactive motion video games for CD-ROM. While at Digital Pictures, he programmed the Windows 95 version of Double Switch, one of the first DirectX games.

Mr. Levine recently worked at Microsoft Corporation as a senior software engineer in the Windows and Games divisions. He holds a B.A. in Mathematics from UCLA and a B.S. in Computer Science from UC Irvine.
