Biography edit · view history

Graduating from UCSD in 1991, Bill worked for a couple years for SAIC developing an anti-ballistic missile modeling system for the Star Wars project. While working there, Bill and college friend Mark Botta purchased a Sega Genesis development kit from someone online who'd reverse engineered the kit.

Bill (and Mark) soon got jobs at BlueSky Software (1994), where Bill worked on game simulators, pitch physics, and UI screens for the World Series Baseball series. BlueSky made an unsuccessful attempt to move on to the Saturn and Playstation and, after being purchased by Titus Interactive, the company disbanded in 2000.

Bill moved on to Sony Online Entertainment, creating 2 game engines and several titles for their Web Games division before moving to the EverQuest development team. Bill spent 4 years on EverQuest, completing work on 7 expansions.

In October 2007, Bill left the game industry for Qualcomm, where he works in web applications development.
