Kenji Yoshioka started his career as a systems engineer on IBM office computer (System/34, 36 & 38) back in 1980's in Tokyo where he graduated college. He joined Sunsoft of America in 1993 and became a General Manager later. Due to the reorganization of Japanese headquarters of the company, he left Sunsoft and started his own consulting firm. In 2010, he was hired as a C.O.O. of U.S. Operations of Arc System Works which is famous for the 2D fighting games.
