Developer Biography

Chuck Carr started creating sound effects and music for games in 1994 after attending Full Sail Center for the Recording Arts. The first two games he worked on were "Xenophage" and "Doom II".

In 1997, he joined Sony Interactive Studios America as a sound designer. The first game he worked on was Tanarus. Next was the infamous, Spawn creating the SFX, dialogue and writing some music tracks. A list of games later, Chuck eventually became Music Supervisor creating and overseeing music soundtracks for sports titles in the San Diego Studio like, GameDay, GameBreaker, NHL Hockey, NBA, ATV Off-Road Fury, SuperCross Circuit and CoolBoarders. He then started managing music for games and writing/remixing for them, like Gran Turismo, The Mark of Kri, NeoPets, Downhill Domination, MLB The Show, Hot Shots Golf, High Velocity Bowling.

Chuck wrote the theme song to the popular PlayStation Network game, PAIN which featured celebrities David Hasselhoff, George Takie, Flavor Flav and Andy Dick. Chuck wrote a cover of "Do You Really Want To Hurt Me" for the game featuring the vocal talents of David Hasselhoff.
