Developer Biography

Joakim Hellstedt started his game career as a concept artist trainee at o3games, later Starbreeze Studios in Uppsala, Sweden in 2001. He then continued on to work full-time for Starbreeze Studios - as a concept artist on The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay and as a 3D artist on The Darkness.

After The Darkness was released he began working as a lead character artist at GRIN, on titles such as Bionic Commando and Terminator: Salvation with both 3D and concept art.

After GRIN when bankrupt in 2009 he began working as a freelance artist.
