Craig Duncan having previously worked running safety critical avionic, MOD & automotive real-time embedded software projects decided that was too dull and he should pursue his passion to join the games industry.
He joined Codemasters as a Development Manager and ran the external production of CMR 3 PC as well and the development relationships between Codemasters and Bohemia Interactive and 1C.
After that a move into internal studios to run Codemasters Red studio on CMR 4 to finish that project to critical acclaim, and ahead of schedule, from this he moved to manage the Development Services function of the company (Central Tech, Central Art, Submissions, QA, Compliance, 1st party relations, Customer Services & Research).
Through late 2006 to 2008 In his final role at Codemasters he was Director of Product Development at Codemasters responsible for all WW development.
In July 2008 Craig joined Midway Games in the role of Studio Head of Midway Studios: Newcastle running the current project Wheelman and future projects from the studio.
