Developer Biography

Mario Bergatiños, born in Madrid (Spain) 1979, took Broadcasting degree of 4 years in the European University(UEM) based in Madrid, getting knowledge from audio mixing and movie audio recording to the different broadcast and cinema techniques . After this, he intended to follow a 3D and video composing career studying a 3D and video post-production master in CICE(Madrid). After working as video freelance and always following up his audio career as member of various bands and producing music records he started working in EA as QA tester in Madrid. Meteorically he managed to go in barely three years from Audio engineer to Lead audio engineer and finally Audio Supervisor, forming a core integration audio team of around 10 experience guys(currently growing). The team lead by Mario is currently taking over the localization and integration of all European languages in more than 70% of all games developed by EA, this can get up to 30 games per year and an amount of languages from 4 to 15.
