Patti Pudinski joined Monolith Productions, Inc. in February 1996, bringing with her 11 years of human resources and operations experience, along with a solid background in business and accounting. Previously, she held a position at one of the largest law firms in Seattle.

As the Director of Human Resources & Operations for Monolith, Patti has contributed greatly to the management and development of the company. Patti received a BA in Psychology from Whitman College and has since expanded her education by taking coursework in business, accounting, marketing, computer programming as well as post-graduate coursework in law.
