Rob started out as a part time games tester with Electronic Arts back in 1997. After finishing school, he went back to EA full time working on NBA Live 2001 and Need For Speed: Porsche Unleashed.

In 1999, Rob made his way onto the Pioneer development team as a game/level designer working on the Bond franchise. There, he worked on James Bond: Agent Under Fire, 007: Nightfire and 007: Everything or Nothing.

After Bond, Rob switched gears and moved over to EA Blackbox where joined the Need For Speed team working as one of the Lead Game Designers on Need For Speed: Most Wanted.

In early 2005, an opportunity presented itself to join a start-up studio called Propaganda Games working on the Turok franchise. With Turok now complete, he's now working on a new project that has yet to be announced.
