Developer Biography

Thomas Langhanki is one of the founders and art director of SEK. Born in 1972 in Potsdam, he graduated in animation.

Thomas 'it's not done yet' Langhanki. This name says it all, really. Astonishingly enough, he did manage to finish the development of some games, games that nobody remembers… maybe apart from Jan. His first game Pizza Connection is a classic today though. Thomas 'Sandman' has been creating games since he was able to reach the keyboard, which was about 1989. As project manager he realizes his own concepts since 1991. At SEK, Thomas is still project leader and art director. In addition, he studied animation at the Filmhochschule Babelsberg; surprisingly and completely against his habits, he was one of the first to finish his studies. We suppose it's because of the shock of having to sing in the entrance examination, which left a deep and lasting bewilderment. Thomas finds relaxation in cooking, which is why the SEK is equipped with a huge kitchen. You can often find Thomas there, deep in conversation with Christoph, and nobody would guess that they're just swapping cooking recipes.
