Josh Holmes is a Studio Head and Executive Producer for 343 Industries, overseeing internal development for the Halo franchise. During his time at 343 he has served as Franchise Creative Director for Halo and was the Creative Director for the studio's first major release, Halo 4. Prior to joining 343, Josh was Vice President, Studio General Manager and co-founder of Propaganda Games in Vancouver, BC, established in January 2005. He served nearly four years in his role at Propaganda before leaving in late 2008. Before co-founding the studio, he spent nine years at Electronic Arts Canada where he co-created several successful franchise games, including Def Jam: Fight for NY, Def Jam: Vendetta and NBA Street.
