David Lundvall, born in Sweden 1983, is a well-known level creator in the Quake and Half-Life community. Releasing many levels for the standard Quake 2 deathmatch mode, but even more invested in the famous Quake 2 modification Action Quake 2. He released an ambitious and well-received single player modification for Half-Life 2, named Spherical Nightmares, in early 2013.

Started his professional career in the year 2008, working at GRIN as a level designer on Terminator Salvation. Has since been at several companies and released multiple titles. He has experience creating singleplayer, co-op, multiplayer, first person shooters, cover-based action, open world and adventure games.

His role switches between design and art, depending on what the current project needs.

As of 2015, David works at Avalanche Studios in Stockholm, Sweden.
