Biography edit · view history

In a generalized sense I would call myself a maker, a techno artist who thrives in the digital world of computer technologies and explores the aesthetics and science of nature. I have worked professionally in the creative technical entertainment industries for over 30 years working both sides of art and technology with a career covering theme parks, video games, film and television and at last Product Design for video gaming and consumer electronics.

In my career I have directed and managed large creative teams in creative technical fields. I have worked in traditional and non traditional media as well as a broad range of technology. I made the switch from analogue to digital in the mid 1980s working for Walt Disney Imagineering where I designed rock landscapes and waterfalls in foam and clay and pioneered 3D scanning technology and techniques to aid in the full scale construction of rockwork environments like Big Thunder Mountain, Splash Mountain and other large scale projects for Disney Theme-parks.
