Ole Uttuslien joined Electronic Arts Canada in 2002. At EA he worked on the following titles:

FIFA 09 (Lead Environment Artist - Xbox 360, PS3)

NHL 08 (Environment Modeler and Lighter - Xbox 360 and PS3)

FIFA 07 (Lead Environment artist - PS2, Xbox, NGC, PC)

His environment work includes all aspects of modeling, texturing, lighting, and prototyping of assets.

Currently Ole is working for Funcom Oslo AS as a Senior Environment Artist on a new MMO, the Secret World. Ole worked for 6 years at Electronic Arts Canada as a (Lead) Environment Artist and Lighter on Next Gen sports titles. In production he is fluent in both Maya and 3DS Max as well as most game development software and several proprietary packages.

Before working in the game industry, Ole's background includes 6 years of university and professional training in Fine Art and Computer Graphics. Before becoming a game artist Ole worked as a Treaty Negotiator, spent 10 years in the forest industry, and worked as a consultant assisting First Nations organizing and digitizing cultural research. Recently he moved from Vancouver, BC, Canada to Oslo, Norway.

He is an avid technical diver and member of Global Underwater Explorers.
