Matt Firor began developing games in the late 1980's and co-founded Interesting Systems Inc. with Rob Denton to make multi-player role playing games.

After leaving ISI in 1994 to concentrate on software development, Matt rejoined Rob and partner Mark Jacobs in late 1995 at the formation of Mythic Entertainment. He held the roles of Vice President of Development and Executive Producer.

On 1st August 2007, when ZeniMax Online Studios, LLC was founded, it was announced Matt Firor heads the division. In 2009, Matt is the President of the company.
