Shin Unozawa (鵜之澤 伸, born Sept. 27, 1957) is a producer and executive who has been with the Bandai group of companies since 1981.

He started in the sales department of the toy division in 1981, working on the company's popular Gunpla plastic model products, and in 1983 moved to the Bandai Frontier division working as a producer on various animation productions. He joined the board of directors of Bandai Visual in 1992, and of Bandai Digital Entertainment in 1995.

In 1998, he returned to the parent company and the following year was named the head of Bandai's video game division. He has since held various senior positions at Bandai, Bandai Namco, D3Publisher, and Anime Consortium Japan.
