Eric Wile is an accredited video game designer. He has been vital in the process of producing many video games. His most notable talents are level creation, design, characters builds, game mechanics, storyboarding and much more.

His passion for gaming started at a young age when he was first introduced to the Odyssey and The Atari 2600. He was so engaged as a player, he collected a plethora of awards from companies like Activision. Expanding on his competitiveness, he developed a reputation in the local arcades as the player to beat. It placed him, many times, on the high score boards.

Eric moved to San Diego for the chance of a lifetime, when he accepted an offer from Verant Interactive, a subdivision under Sony 989. Verant later was fully merged into Sony and the name was changed to Sony Online Entertainment. At which time, Sony Online Entertainment was known as the MMO leader and was the most profitable division of Sony, besting Sony Pictures.

During his time at Sony Online Entertainment, Eric had a major hand in the development of several extremely popular titles, such as the EverQuest Franchise, PlanetSide, Star Wars: Galaxies, and Vanguard Saga of Heroes, just to name a few.

However, his crowning achievement, with Sony was his involvement with the popular EverQuest franchise. Going so far, as to develop EverQuest: Macintosh Edition, which earned him the prestigious Sony Achievement award. EverQuest had a huge following and even had their own major conventions called Fan Fair.

Eric is currently consulting with multiple indie Game studios and working on his own indie projects.
